Quick summary

  • Our products are printed and programmed for your business, so they can’t be returned after you approve the design unless there’s a defect or an error on our side.

  • You can cancel for a full refund before approving the design.

  • If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not working, we replace it for free.

  • We fix and update the link itself for free at any time, without a new piece.

    Personalised products

Every piece we print with your logo or business details is made to your specifications. Under Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law, the right of withdrawal does not cover such products once production has started. That’s why we send you the final proof before printing and only start after your approval.

    Cancelling an order

You can cancel at any time before approving the design and receive a full refund. Once approved and printing has started, the order can’t be cancelled.

    Defects, misprints and damage

If your piece arrives broken, has a printing error on our side, or its NFC chip doesn’t work, message us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace it for free and cover shipping, or refund you if a replacement isn’t possible.

This doesn’t cover breakage or scratches from misuse after delivery, or errors in details you approved in the final proof.

    Link and programming

If your business link changes or is incorrect, we update the piece’s destination for free without sending a new piece. Just message us on WhatsApp.

    How refunds work

We refund to the payment method you used within 14 days of approving the refund. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

How to request a replacement or refund

Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and photos of the piece, and we’ll reply with the next steps.
