By using the Secure Bridge Store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT, and we issue a tax invoice with every order.
• An order is confirmed once payment is completed or the chosen payment method is approved.
• We may change prices or offers at any time; this doesn’t affect confirmed orders.

Design and approval

• We send you the final proof to approve before printing, and only start production after you approve.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and text you approve.
• The on-site preview is illustrative; colours on the printed piece may vary slightly by material.

Logos and trademarks

By uploading a logo or content, you confirm you have the right to use it and accept responsibility for any related claim. We may refuse content that breaks the law or public decency.

Links and free services

• Each piece carries our own link pointing to the page you choose, and we update that destination for free for the life of the piece.
• The monthly report measures how often a piece’s link is opened, not the number of reviews written.
• We may deactivate any link used to send visitors to unlawful content.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Saudi Arabia only. We start preparing your order after design approval; it usually arrives within 3–5 business days of approval, and you’ll see the shipping cost before paying. Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct.

Returns and replacements

Cancellations, replacements and refunds follow the returns policy published in the store.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep pieces and links running without interruption, but we don’t guarantee specific marketing results such as review counts, and we aren’t responsible for changes to third-party services such as Google Maps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
